A secret affair between the co-hosts of one of America’s biggest TV shows has taken a wild turn with revelations the pair’s exes are now dating.
Married Good Morning America hosts TJ Holmes and Amy Robach shocked fans when it was revealed they had been carrying out a months-long affair under the noses of colleagues.
The pair, whose romance blossomed when they trained for the New York Marathon together, separated from their partners after their affair was exposed when they were snapped by paparazzi getting cosy.
And the scandal cost them more than just their marriages, with network bosses forcing them off-air.
Robach has two children with her first husband Tim McIntosh. She married actor Andrew Shue — who starred in hit 90s show Melrose Place — in 2010.
Holmes has been married twice: the first time to fellow journalist Amy Ferson with whom he had two children, and the second time to lawyer Marilee Fiebig, with whom he has one child.
Now it has been revealed Fieberg and Shue have found comfort in each other’s arms after their partners’ affair hit the headlines in 2022.
Page Six reports the couple have been dating for about six months and had “moved on”.
“It turned into something else, and they’re connected over their values. It’s bigger than the affair now,” one source said.
“They’re not heartbroken and sad. Everyone has moved on.”
Robachs and Holmes have now turned their talents to podcasting.
On the first episode of their recently launched Amy and TJ podcast the pair denied they had cheated on their spouses.
“(We) lost the jobs we love because we love each other,” Holmes, 46, said.
“To be clear, we were outed as being in a relationship, but everyone else thought we were being outed as adulterers — being outed as cheating on our spouses — and it wasn’t the case.
“We both at that point were in divorce proceedings.”
