Lizzo, unrecognised in Baby Yoda Halloween costume, chases tourists around Hollywood's Walk of Fame - 9Honey Celebrity

Lizzo has outted herself as the human-form Grogu, or Baby Yoda, who was seen chasing tourists down the streets of Hollywood's Walk of Fame over the Halloween weekend.

Sporting heavy prosthetics, a blonde wig, and full green body paint, the singer was unrecognisable as The Mandalorian character.

Posting some photos and videos to Instagram, Lizzo shared details of the outfit, which included lengthy yellow acrylic nails to mimic those of the character.

In a video (watch it above), the singer is filmed hilariously chasing and posing with fans along a section of Hollywood's Walk of Fame.

In the spirit of Halloween, Lizzo then decided to make an unexpected appearance at Spotify's Ghost Town Halloween party in West Hollywood.

To stunned fan's delight, the singer then gave an impromptu performance of her 2019 hit, 'Truth Hurts', before leaving the event.

As fans posted viral pictures and videos from the night, Lizzo made further posts to Instagram and released a hilarious "official statement" as Grogu.

"A representative from Grogu's publicity team has issued a statement regarding the paparazzi photos taken last night: 'Grogu aka Baby Yoda aka The Child has no recollection of these events. In fact, these events never happened *Jedi hand wave*'," she captioned a post on Instagram.
