Kaley Cuoco is one of the most popular – and wealthy – TV actresses of the modern age.
The 34-year-old starred on Big Bang Theory for 12 seasons as the much-loved Penny, where she earned a record $A1.4 million per episode.
Naturally, her scores of followers have been just as invested in her private life as they have her characters.
So when Cuoco debuted her new relationship in 2016, after high-profile unions with ex-husband tennis pro Ryan Sweeting and Big Bang co-star Johnny Galecki, fans were curious.
Cuoco, who stars in the upcoming HBO thriller The Flight Attendant which hits Binge tomorrow, went public with her lesser-known boyfriend Karl Cook in March 2016, uploading a picture of the pair at a horse show declaring, “Mr KC so proud of you!”

Cuoco, who has been riding horses since she was a teenager, met Cook at a horse show in the US, where he was competing as a professional equestrian.
Cook, who is five years younger then Cuoco, has been riding horses since he was eight years old.
He’s also the heir to a billion-dollar fortune.
Cook is the son of multi-billionaire businessman Scott Cook, who founded the finance software firm Intuit in 1983. Cook’s father is also a director of eBay.
Forbes predicts he is worth a cool $US4.3 billion ($A5.44 billion), which Cook is set to inherit.
The couple became engaged in December 2017, with Cook uploading a video of Cuoco in tears.

Cuoco gushed about her husband in a 2017 interview with Us Weekly, saying: “I couldn’t be happier. I feel very, very lucky that I found someone like him.
“We have been each other’s true other half since day one and we can’t wait to spend forever together.”
They were married in a ceremony in California in June 2018, uploading a gorgeous black and white photo from inside a horse stable.

It was Cook’s first marriage and Cuoco’s second.
She had a tumultuous split from US tennis player Sweeting, who she became engaged to in 2013 after just three months of dating.
They were married later that year, before announcing their divorce in September 2015.
Speaking candidly about the break-up in May 2018, Cuoco seemed to confirm there was some bad blood.
“I honestly thought I wouldn’t get married again. My ex ruined that word for me,” she told Cosmopolitan.
“I married someone the first time who completely changed. The person I ended up with was not the person I originally met. And that wasn’t my fault – that was his.”
Her most high-profile relationship was with her Big Bang co-star Galecki, who was also her on-screen on-off boyfriend, Leonard.
The pair dated in private from 2007 to 2009, but remain great friends.
In fact, Cuoco uploaded a photo of Cook cuddling Galecki on set of Big Bang Theory.

Sitting down with Dax Shepard for his Armchair Expert podcast earlier this month, Cuoco admitted there was initial awkwardness filming the comedy sitcom after her split from Galecki.
“Eventually, we got together and we were mad about each other for two years but then we broke up,” she said.
“Luckily Johnny and I came out of it so brilliantly and we’re closer today than we ever were.
“It was a little sensitive for a minute. But I just remember Chuck Lorre – the genius behind our show – I remember those weeks where our characters would be jumping in bed with each other every other second.
“Johnny and I talk about it and I think (Chuck) did that on purpose just to f**k with us.
“If I was with him, I would ask him because it came out of nowhere. All of a sudden these characters were all up on each other.”
