Smith later won Best Actor and apologised to the Academy but not Rock.

A man has died in floodwaters in south-east Queensland, as the area and northern NSW both face another dangerous rain event.

And COVID-19 cases have dropped again in NSW but risen in Victoria, with Premier Daniel Andrews also testing positive.
