Kate and Matt
Kate reluctantly wakes to Matt snoring before being delivered the Photo Ranking challenge later in the day.
"You tick every box, and more," Matt praises Kate, before ranking her first.
Kate then places Matt third, and to her surprise Matt is stoked by the news.
"I'm further up in the batting order than I thought… I was happy to get bronze medal," the groom beams.
"I'm excited. This is fantastic. I'm really happy," Matt continues.
Kate wonders if she should have put the groom further down the list. "Oh my gosh, am I giving him false hope?" she worries. Based on Matt's reaction, the answer is yes.
Carolina and Dion
After a disastrous Photo Ranking challenge where Carolina placed Dion seventh, Dion calls for a fresh start.
Carolina appears to be mulling over that fresh start… only with Daniel, who she secretly caught up with before he left the experiment.
Sensing their relationship is in trouble, Dion writes Carolina a heartfelt letter while she heads off to the gym — unknowingly to Dion — to catch up with Daniel.
"It feels mission impossible because I'm a divorced man and Carolina's in a marriage," Daniel reveals.

The couple work out, flirting a little along the way.
"I feel comfortable with Carolina," Daniel tells her, and the bride reveals she feels more "connected" to Daniel than she does to Dion.
"See you, future wife," Daniel tells her at the end of their workout.
After a day out deceiving Dion, Carolina returns to a cheeseboard from her groom, alongside a giant flower arrangement (from the florists who did their wedding), wine and of course, his completed handwritten letter.
Dion reads it to Carolina, telling the bride how he struggled as a teenager when his parents split up. He also reveals to the bride that he wants to work together to move forward, and that he's committed to giving the relationship his all.
"Yeah, I really appreciate it," Carolina says after an excruciatingly long pause.
"I don't feel anything," Carolina reveals later. "I can't connect with him on a deeper level."
As they continue living in their apartment it becomes clear Carolina has stopped trying, now that Daniel is all she can think about. Not even Dion's homecooked pasta helps.
And as the week continues Carolina becomes more and more distant. "It's like she doesn't want to be here. I have no idea what's going on," Dion says.
We, however, do know what's happening. Daniel is happening, with the bride texting him throughout the day.
Eventually Dion talks to Carolina, and the bride bluntly tells him that she feels they're "mismatched".
Carolina then reveals why. Firstly, Dion doesn't eat breakfast. It's kind of a big deal for the bride, who's also unimpressed that Dion doesn't go to the gym or listen to "modern music".
When Dion explains that he's "trying" in the relationship, Carolina hits back by calling the groom "delusional".
It's a hard thing for Dion to hear. "I came here with an open heart," Dion tells her passionately. "I came here to find love. I came here because I wanted to find a best friend. I wanted to find someone to laugh with."
"You haven't found it," Carolina cuts the groom off, adding that they're both wasting their time.
"I'm going. I'm not going to put up with this," Dion fumes, before walking out of their apartment and moving into another room alone and feeling defeated.
He pours a wine and watches some TV while Carolina, alone in her apartment, calls Daniel.
"Do you think you could ever fall in love with Dion?" Daniel asks her.
"No," Carolina replies, with the pair planning to catch up again in person.
Olivia and Jackson
The couple head to their VIP movie screening, with both of their mums happy with how the couple are tracking.

"I think you're both pretty lucky by the looks of things," Olivia's mum says, adding, "Liv, I know you wish that Dad could see you so happy. He always imagined and knew it was going to happen."
The mention of Olivia's father brings the bride to tears. "Dad would love him so much," Olivia manages to say.
"He will look after you. He's a good boy," Jackson's mum says, with Olivia's mum telling Jackson he's "doing a beautiful job".
Sam and Al
Sam has always had concerns over Al's (im)maturity, but she's often looked past it as Al slowly learns to grow up.
But a chat with Sam's parents sees the bride questioning her relationship.
"When you're not working, what do you like to do?" Sam's dad asks the groom.
"I play video games," Al admits. "And I like to spend time at the beach, hang out with mates, and really take it easy."
It's not Al's finest moment.
"Where do you see yourself in five years' time?" Sam's dad follows up.
"That's a good question, I haven't thought about that… I want to be well-travelled, I'm a carpenter, delve into that," Al says, unaware that his answers are not what a parent wants to hear.
It's clear that Sam's parents have concerns that Al can't match Sam's ambition and drive, and it's making the bride worried.
Al is also worried he might not be enough.
When the couple later heads out for a picnic, Sam tells Al she's "fifty-fifty" in her feelings for the groom.
"I need more, and I don't know what that is and I can't write you a list. But I need more," Sam tells him. Al is left holding on to hope.
Selina and Cody
During their VIP movie session Selina meets Cody's mum and stepdad, while Cody meet's Selina's best friend.
The couple open up about their issues, and in particular Cody's struggle to provide affection.
In a touching moment, Cody's stepfather encourages the groom to open up and show affection.
"Cody, a woman won't put up with that," he begins. "At the end of the day you have to make compromises. Listen to what the other person needs and then decide out of that, 'I'm prepared to do this change'."
Cody takes the advice on board, and the chat makes Cody realise he "needs to do better". After a very rocky week it's a step forward for the couple.
Ella and Mitch
Mitch catches up with Cody to voice his frustrations about the experiment, namely that all the other brides and grooms will form and voice their opinions on his relationship.
"It is what it is," Cody tells him. We're all left wondering once again if Mitch knows what TV show he signed up for.

Meanwhile Ella is worried Mitch will leave the experiment if pressured, and the bride catches up with Tamara and Domenica to explain the situation.
"He might pull an Andrew and just leave at the Dinner Party if it gets heated," Ella reveals.
Ella kindly asks the brides to bring "good vibes" to the next Dinner party and "lay off" Mitch.
But when Ella leaves Domenica reveals her concerns.
"I just think that Mitch needs to be called out for saying to Ella that he wants to leave the experiment. I don't think it's fair," Domenica says.
"I think he does need to be called out for his actions and what he said to her."
