In the photo, Meghan is seen holding a smiling Lilibet in the air as Harry and their 2-year-old son, Archie, smile next to them.
"This year, 2021, we welcomed our daughter Lilibet, to the world. Archie made us a 'Mama' and a 'Papa', and Lili made us a family," the couple's Christmas card reads.
"As we look forward to 2022, we have made donations on your behalf to several organisations that honour and protect families – from those being relocated from Afghanistan, to American families in need of paid parental leave."

The portrait was taken by photographer Alexi Lubomirski, who also photographed the pair for their engagement and on their wedding day.
"This day with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex was one such joyous experience, and one that I feel extremely privileged to have been invited to capture," Mr Lubomirski wrote on Instagram.
Lilibet 'Lili' Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, named after Queen Elizabeth and Prince Harry's late mother Princess Diana, was born on June 4, 2021.
The birth followed a tumultuous year for the couple, who have stepped down from royal duties and moved to the United States to live more independent lives.
