Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson front the extended cast from the Warner Bros. film in a festive-inspired promotional poster, ahead of Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts premiering on Binge New Year’s Day.
Bonnie Wright, Tom Felton, Matthew Lewis, James and Oliver Phelps, Evanna Lynch and Alfred Enoch are also featured in the photo, taken from Hogwarts’ Great Hall.
Other co-stars set to feature in the reunion include Helena Bonham Carter, Robbie Coltrane, Ralph Fiennes, Jason Isaacs, Gary Oldman, Imelda Staunton, Mark Williams and Ian Hart.
The special – following the success of the Friends reunion earlier this year – will see the cast join filmmaker Chris Columbus as they venture back to the Hogwarts set at Warner Bros. Studios London, two decades after the premiere of the debut film, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, and a decade after it wrapped with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2.
Controversially, author J.K. Rowling is not scheduled to appear, following backlash over her various transgender comments.
According to an official press release, the reunion will “tell an enchanting making-of story through all-new, in-depth interviews and cast conversations”.
In addition, Binge will also stream the four-part special event Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Houses hosted by Academy Award-winning actress Helen Mirren from January 15, while all eight films are also available to stream on the platform.
Watson, 31, recently broke her lengthy Instagram hiatus when she shared a throwback photo of herself with Grint, 33, and Radcliffe, 32, after they scored their respective roles as Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley and Harry Potter back in the early 2000s.

“Harry Potter was my home, my family, my world and Hermione (still is) my favourite fictional character of all time. I think a journalist once said it was irritating how many times during an interview I mentioned how lucky I was and started counting … BUT I DAMN WELL KNEW! And still know,” she wrote.
“I am proud not just of what we as group contributed as actors to the franchise but also as the children that became young adults that walked that path.
“I look at my fellow cast members now and I am just so proud of who everyone has become as people. I am proud we were kind to each other that we supported one another and that we held up something meaningful,” she continued. “Happy 20th Anniversary Potterheads!”
