Bridgerton’s Nicola Coughlan and Luke Newton steam up screens in Bridgerton’s most erotic scene ever.

The pair have returned as Colin and Penelope and christen their new love in an epic 5 minute and 50 second romp.

Fans have been gagging for series three’s second instalment to land after part one ended on the climatic carriage scene.

It landed on Netflix today and viewers are delighted the iconic mirror scene from Julia Quinn’s original books have made the cut.

In the Regency romp’s raunchiest sex scene yet, Colin undresses Penelope in front of a mirror.

As he runs his hands over her body and unlaces her gown, he says: “The way your hair cascades down your shoulders, the way your eyes shine. The firmness of your lips, the softness of your skin, and then there are… other parts I have been dreaming about.”

She says: “I do not want you to stop.”

Fully nude, he then tells her: “Lie down” as he unbuttons his own trousers.

Bridgerton is known for its steamy scenes but the Netflix saga has never before taken it to this level.

Nicola has revealed she was behind the explicit nature of Penelope and Colin’s sex scenes.

She said: “There is one scene where I am very naked on camera and that was my idea, my choice.
