Taylor Swift’s alleged stalker has been arrested for a third time since he was first apprehended by police on Saturday.
The Seattle man, named David Crowe, was put back in handcuffs Wednesday after he was seen dumpster diving across the street from the singer’s $50 million residence, police sources told The New York Post.
“I just saw him digging through this dumpster, taking out some blankets and then he just went and sat down on the loading dock a few doors down [from Swift’s apartment],” an eyewitness said.
Crowe, 30, reportedly returned to Swift’s home immediately after a Manhattan judge let him go on supervised release at his hearing this week, during which he was charged with stalking and harassment.
The reportedly “emotionally disturbed” man — who has appeared at the Grammy winner’s apartment 30 times in the last two months, according to law enforcement — did not reveal during the hearing why he’s so fixated on her home and whereabouts.
He was last taken into police custody on Monday after a neighbour called law enforcement to report a “disorderly person” near Swift’s home.
“Upon arrival, [police] were informed that the individual attempted to open a door to a building at the location,” a public information officer told Page Six following the arrest. At the time, the officer did not confirm that Crowe was attempting to enter Swift’s apartment specifically, but a separate source informed the outlet he was.
Meanwhile, it comes after news that Aussie’s have lost out on thousands due to fake ticket scams involving Swift tickets.

The Australian Consumer and Competition Commission’s (ACCC) Scamwatch issued the warning after receiving 273 reports of people being scammed buying tickets to The Eras Tour via social media since they first went on sale in Australia in June 2023.
Scamwatch said the reports amount to losses of over $135,000 so far, however it has previously reported that only around 13 per cent of scams are reported to Scamwatch, meaning the actual losses could be in the millions.
Swift is playing three concerts in Melbourne on February 16, 17 and 18 and four Sydney concerts on February 23, 24, 25 and 26. The scam, which has been seen on Facebook and Instagram, involves hackers compromising social media accounts, and then using them to tout fake Taylor Swift tickets to the hacked account’s friend list.
