Brad Pitt has reportedly lost previously awarded time with his and Angelina Jolie's children after their private judge was disqualified from their divorce case on Friday.
In May, the 57-year-old Fury star was awarded more time with five of the former couple's six children by Judge John Ouderkirk. Maddox Jolie-Pitt, who is 19, is not subject to the custody order due to the fact that he is not a minor.

That decision has been reversed after Judge Ouderkirk's outsing earlier this week.
Jolie and Pitt had already been ruled divorced by Judge Ouderkirk in April 2019 after being asked by their lawyers for a judgment that allowed them to be declared single although other issues remained, including finances and child custody.
The 46-year-old Maleficent actress petitioned the court in August of last year to have Judge Ouderkirk remove himself on the basis that he had not previously disclosed sufficiently that he had a business relationship with one of Pitt's lawyers.

Ouderkirk in August declined to disqualify himself, but a three-judge panel disqualified him from the case on Friday, saying that Ouderkirk violated "his ethical obligations" according to court documents.
Per People, a source close to Pitt said, "Brad believes there is overwhelming evidence that the current situation isn't good for the kids. This just sets things back for everyone."
Jolie's team did not comment.
Prior to Ouderkirk's disqualification, Pitt had agreed that if he was disqualified, the former couple would abide by their former parenting plan established prior to November 2018.

The three judges who oversaw the July 9 hearing to disqualify Ouderkirk said in court documents that his "failure to make mandatory disclosures" about other legal proceedings with Pitt's lawyer "might cause an objective person, aware of all of the facts" to doubt Ouderkirk's impartiality.
A spokesperson for Pitt told People that the ruling was "based on a technical procedural issue" and "the facts haven't changed."
"We will continue to do what's necessary legally based on the detailed findings of what's best for the children," the spokesperson told the publication.

It was noted, however, by the three-judge panel that the only reason Jolie's attorneys found out about Ouderkirk's other ongoing cases with Pitt's attorneys was because Jolie's lawyer asked Ouderkirk if he was working on any new cases with Pitt's lawyers in June 2020 — Ouderkirk disclosed the cases then, but it was considered to be a delay in disclosure as he had not previously come forward with that information himself.
Jolie, 46, and Pitt, 57, were among Hollywood's most prominent couples for 12 years.
They had been married for two years when Jolie filed for divorce in 2016. They were declared divorced in 2019.
