A royal insider claims there could be one key sticking point to Prince Charles and his son Prince Harry working out their differences - the former’s “sensitivity”.
Stewart Pearce, who served as Princess Diana’s voice coach, said Charles, 72, was naturally a timid man.
"Prince Charles is a very, very shy man, a very sensitive and delicate man… we see his public personality," he told Us Weekly on Thursday.
"But in private, he’s immensely sensitive."

Pearce, author of Diana: The Voice Of Change, said it came as little surprise that the Prince of Wales and heir apparent to the British throne, refused to take calls from Harry in the wake of the junior prince’s recent bombshell claims.
“That’s what Charles does,” Pearce said.
“He can’t deal with it because of his sensitivity, so he hides. And what Harry’s trying to do is to heal that. Not out of umbrage, not out of anger or revenge or criticism or accusation.
“I felt that he was just somebody saying, ‘This is the way it is, and this is why we want to make a change’.”
Sources close to the royal heavyweights previously said Charles was infuriated by comments from his son, believing “these matters could have easily been addressed in private”.
After Harry and wife Meghan Markle had used an interview with Oprah to raise racism concerns, Harry followed up with an extraordinary attack on the Royal family, taking aim at Charles and even the Queen.

Speaking on the Armchair Expert podcast, Harry said he was convinced his father had “suffered” because of his upbringing by the Queen and Prince Philip — and he believed he was passing down “genetic pain”.
“I don’t think we should be pointing the finger or blaming anybody,” Harry said.
“But certainly when it comes to parenting, if I’ve experienced some form of pain or suffering because of the pain or suffering that perhaps my father or my parents had suffered, I’m going to make sure I break that cycle so that I don’t pass it on.”
The reports of Charles’ bashful personality come amid talk Meghan will not fly back to the UK to join Harry at the unveiling of the Princess Diana statue on July 1.
The statue will be unveiled at Kensington Palace on what would have been Diana’s 60th birthday.
Meghan only recently gave birth to the couple’s daughter Lilibet Diana, and it is understood she will remain in California with their two children.
“Meghan knows how hard it was to attend his grandfather’s funeral alone and doesn’t want that to happen again,” a source told Radar.
“Harry was given the cold shoulder by most of his relatives, with several refusing to talk to him or even make eye contact.
“Since the funeral things have got worse, not better, so you can only imagine how he will be treated at the big event on July 1.”
