A scandal-filled season of Married At First Sight may have come to a jaw-dropping finish last night, but Perth bride Beck Zemek is still feeling the heat.
Zemek posted a photo of herself after the finale, with some media outlets saying she “enhanced” the snap of herself.
“Wishing everyone nothing but the best, in their search for love,” she captioned the photo.
The 27-year-old posed in a tight-fitting dress showing off her trim figure, although the distorted outline looks like the image may have been edited.
Comments on the post have also been disabled.
Zemek came under fire after footage emerged on last night’s episode of her sharing a cheeky kiss with a mystery guy in Perth whilst she was still “married” to Jake Edwards.
When Edwards and Zemek sat down on the couch, the experts revealed the cheating scandal that happened during a trip back to Perth — when Zemek was taking care of her sick dog.
“We’re going to take a look back at that now because there’s something there we need some clarification on,” said expert John Aiken.
The video shows Beck playing with her dog in the bedroom before a man, who has been blurred out, then grabs her from behind and they kiss.
“That was my brother. It wasn’t, like, sexual,” Zemek said.
She later confessed that the mystery man was “an old burn” and not her brother.
“Look, it was a mistake but I’m telling you now,” she admitted.
Fans were shocked by the quick-thinking lie and took to social media.
Former Bachelorette Georgia Love shared a photo of Game of Thrones characters Cersei and Jaimie Lannister — a brother and sister from the fantasy series who have an incestuous relationship.
“Exclusive new pics of Bec and her brother,” she wrote.
Another fan thought it was the biggest scandal of the season and posted a photo of Australian speed skater Steven Bradbury who took home gold at the 2002 Winter Olympics when all of his opponents were involved in a pile-up.
“Bec victoriously passing Bryce to claim the golden performance of the season. #MAFSAU#MAFS#MarriedatfirstsightAustralia,” the wrote.
