Orlando Bloom has taken to carrying pepper spray in public after being threatened by Katy Perry’s stalker.
The actor was photographed with the pepper spray while grabbing a coffee in Santa Barbara.
It comes after Bloom’s girlfriend, Katy Perry, last week obtained a restraining order against a man named William Terry who threatened to “snap” Bloom’s neck.

The order also applied to Bloom, their daughter Daisy Dove, and Bloom’s nine-year-old son Flynn.
The homeless man has attempted to break into Perry’s home twice in the past two months, according to court documents.
“We fear for our safety because William Terry has demonstrated that he is dangerous and that he poses a credible threat of violence,” Perry said in the restraining order petition.
“Terry has come to my home repeatedly, most recently on September 8, when he jumped over the fence to my home and tried to enter my house while I was home with our newborn baby.”
On that occasion, Mr Terry was placed under citizen’s arrest by Perry’s security team and was formally arrested by police for criminal trespass.
According to The Sun, Mr Terry took to Twitter after the incident and wrote: “Security guard trying to stop me from seeing my wife and had a gun and all but I wasn’t going down without a fight.”
According to Perry’s court documents, Mr Terry “has also repeatedly sent me/posted numerous disgusting messages on Twitter, many of a graphic sexual nature”.
“Terry has demonstrated he is dangerous and has posted threats to Orlando, stating he wants to snap his neck,” Perry added. “He has also described himself in Twitter posts as an ‘active shooter’.”
According to the New York Post, a hearing to make the restraining order permanent will take place in October.
