Rebecca Loos has come out swinging with claims David Beckham hurt his wife Victoria during their infamous, disputed affair.
Loos, Beckham’s alleged mistress, is now hitting back with her own claims about the cheating storm after the scandal was brought back into the spotlight following the release of the footballer’s Netflix documentary.
The former glamour model, now 46, rose to fame in 2004 after she claimed that she’d had an affair with Beckham.
Beckham in the series said the stories were “horrible” and left him “feeling sick every day”.
Victoria also revealed how the affair allegations impacted their private relationship.
She told viewers that it was the “hardest period” of their marriage.
She shared: “It was the hardest period because it felt like the world was against us. Here’s the thing — we were against each other if I’m being completely honest.
“You know, up until Madrid sometimes it felt like us against everybody else but we were together, we were connected, we had each other.
“But when we were in Spain, it didn’t really feel like we had each other either. And that’s sad. I can’t even begin to tell you how hard it was and how it affected me. It was a nightmare.”
The Manchester United icon, in the documentary, also sidesteps the exact details of the cheating claims made against him — something that has not gone unnoticed by Loos.
“It’s all, ‘Poor me’. He needs to take responsibility,” Loos has told the Daily Mail.
“He can say whatever he likes of course and I understand he has an image to preserve, but he is portraying himself as the victim and he’s making me look like a liar, like I’ve made up these stories.
“He is indirectly suggesting that I’m the one who has made Victoria suffer.”
Loos says Beckham should have never raised the topic again, believing the “horrible” past didn’t need to return to the headlines.
“Yes, the stories were horrible, but they’re true,” she said.
“He talks in the documentary about this ultimately being his private life, shutting it down.
“I think it’s one thing to keep your private life to yourself. It’s another thing to mislead the public. And so many people had forgotten about all of this. So many people put all this behind them, this whole affair, the scandal and everything. And he’s dragged it back up again in a way that is affecting my reputation.”
She went on to say: “The worse bit for me is that he says he didn’t like seeing his wife suffer. That bothered me. Because he’s the one that’s caused the suffering”.
Loos had promised to tell her side of the story after seeing the documentary this month — prompting ugly abusive messages on social media.
Following the backlash, Loos earlier this month a selfie on Instagram and appeared to suggest that she has grown tired of the social media trolling she has received.
She wrote: “A part of me wants to continue keeping my head down and getting on with my life, the other part of me wants to speak out. What is your take?”

It’s the second time since the documentary’s release that Loos has referenced Beckham.
After one user commented saying: “If [the story] it wasn’t true then they would have sued for defamation,” which prompted Loos to “like” the remark and reply with a prayer hands emoji.
The Beckhams reveal in the series the footballer surprised the Spice Girl with a vow renewal ceremony after his alleged affair in 2003.
