Hollywood actor Zac Efron has been spotted dining at an up-market restaurant in Sydney, amid reports he’s made the move to the harbour city.
The 32-year-old The Greatest Showman star was pictured wining and dining at Rose Bay eatery Catalina on Friday, alongside his Australian girlfriend Vanessa Valladares, 25.
The pair were joined by unidentified friends at the luxury waterfront seafood restaurant, which is popular among celebrities.
Efron looked like he was going under the radar, sporting facial hair and a black beanie. Sources told the Sydney Morning Herald there was no entourage and that the actor ate oysters, prawn ravioli and was drinking espresso martinis.

It comes amid rumours Efron and Valladares have moved to Sydney’s east, with reports suggesting they have taken up residence at a tucked away mansion in Dover Heights.
The actor is also reportedly renting a $22 million mansion in Byron Bay, where he met his waitress girlfriend at a popular cafe.
The stunning five bedroom home has sweeping ocean views, a heated infinity pool and is one of the suburb’s most prestigious properties.

Efron has quietly been residing in the beachside town for months, though he’s expected back in the US soon to film the Disney+ remake of Three Men and a Baby.
Valladares was photographed holding hands with the High School Musical heart-throb in early September in the trendy beachside town in northern NSW, and is thought to be the reason why Efron has extended his visa in Australia for another 12 months.
The photos showed the pair picking up takeaway food in Byron, and surfaced after they were pictured disembarking a Jetstar flight at Ballina airport following a ski trip together in Thredbo.
Rumours swirled in June that Efron had settled down in Byron Bay – the place fellow Hollywood star Chris Hemsworth calls home – and was enjoying the relaxed lifestyle that came with living in Australia.
It’s understood Efron arrived just before international borders were shut down due to the coronavirus pandemic, where the US is still the worst hit country.
But it wasn’t until early July that he was first photographed down under, where coincidentally a paparazzi snapped him hugging Valladares at Byron’s iconic General Store cafe, though it was reported at the time she was just a friend.
