Firass Dirani has mocked the SAS instructors in a brutal Instagram video - NEWS.com.au

Firass Dirani has copped a lot of criticism not only from SAS Australia viewers, but the instructors and his fellow celebrity recruits.

But he doesn’t seem to care about that, continuing with his dismissive remarks by posting a brutal video of himself and a female friend mocking the instructors.

In the video, the 36-year-old tagged Ant Middleton, Jason ‘Foxy’ Fox, Mark ‘Billy’ Billingham and Ollie Ollerton, the four SAS instructors who have been giving it to him on the show.

While drinking wine, the House Husbands star got told to “Shut the f**k up” by his friend, every time he went to open his mouth.

“Okay, yeah, everyone is on the bandwagon,” he said.

Dirani is referring to the multiple times he got told to stop talking on the show, along with his fellow recruits including Merrick Watts and Shannan Ponton telling him to stop answering back to the instructors.

After posting the clip, he continued on by letting his fans know that he isn’t upset with the show’s editing at all, and in fact, he likes it. He even claimed that he wore it like a ‘badge’.

“I think the editors have done a great job, OK? They have done a fantastic job. No matter the perception, I give no f**ks. Do you understand? Comprehende? Nothing here gives any f**ks about it.

“I’m happy. I’m enjoying it. Love it. Can’t wait for next week. Stop saying I’m unhappy with the editing, and how I have been portrayed, because I love it. However, you think I have been portrayed, I wear it as a badge. Do you understand? OK. Have a nice day.”

It comes after the actor posted a video on his Instagram story after the second episode, in which he said: “I knew it. I knew they were gonna make me into the villain. There has to be a villain, ladies and gentleman, and lo and behold, right here, this it is.”

That prompted SAS Australia directing staff Mark ‘Billy’ Billingham to dismiss those claims while chatting to news.com.au.

According to Billingham, Dirani “came across as arrogant” and “had a terrible attitude”.

“It came to the point where the rest of the celebrities were getting really fed up with him. That’s not a showpiece – he really was messing up all the time and he could not keep his mouth shut, no matter what you said to him.”

Billingham told news.com.au that he “drew attention to himself for all the wrong reasons” and said the he would constantly roll his eyes when being interviewed by the SAS Australia instructors.

“They’ve more than fairly edited him to be honest because he was a pain in the arse,” Billingham said. “I mean, he’s a nice guy, don’t get me wrong … but he’s not a personality that you’d want to go out drinking with to be honest. He’s a bit of a pain.”

But the drama surrounding the actor doesn’t end there.

Former Biggest Loser trainer Shannan Ponton has called Dirani a “sociopath” this week.

Speaking to news.com.au, Shannan said about Dirani: “I honestly believe that he’s a sociopath in his behaviour.”

Ponton continued: “Time and time again, we said, ‘Listen mate, you’ve got to stop this behaviour.’ And he said, ‘What behaviour?’

“It was as infuriating as it was confusing. At no stage did he ever assume responsibility for his actions. At no stage did he say sorry.

“Some of the girls said to him, ‘Firass, all we want is an apology for what you did to us today,’ and it was never forthcoming. Even at the end, he never assumed responsibility for what he’d done. It was always some weird, inarticulate way to put together some story that didn’t make any sense.”

Of course, Dirani doesn’t go down without a fight, hitting back at Shannan’s comments by calling him a “redneck.”

In an interview with the Daily Mail Australia, he said: “I find it strange where this vile aggressive labelling behaviour is coming from?” Firass told the publication. “I suspect there’s more prejudice against me than I imagined.”

He continued: “Feels like a redneck to me. Him and his followers. That’s called a line in the sand.

“What’s with his Maori tattoos?” he continued. “You’re embarrassing a whole culture. You are not worthy of such ancestral powerful artwork. You don’t even fall on the coat-tails of such warriors. You culture vulture.”
