Speaking to Daily Mail Australia on the condition of anonymity, one rejected suitress said she felt like she'd wasted her time by going on the show.
'It's traumatising. A lot of the girls are really traumatised from the whole experience,' she claimed.
'Some of the girls don't eat, don't work, don't sleep.'

'They were only allowed one standard drink an hour, but they would be like, "Come on, just give us another," and he kept filling up everyone's drinks.
'Some of the girls had seen him when they were out clubbing, so he wasn't a total stranger.
'Producers were so strict when it came to the amount of alcohol the girls could have this year after an incident last year.'
A Channel 10 spokesman has since denied claims that anybody was fired from set or given more drinks than they should have.

Contestants were 'up in arms'
Producers apparently didn't struggle to stir up drama, with the women already getting catty behind the scenes while competing for one-on-one time with Jimmy.
'As seen with Belinda Robinson's attention-seeking decision to reach for Jimmy's crotch during the photo shoot, the girls knew that if they wanted screen time they needed to cause drama or be extra,' a source said.
'They all had businesses or services to promote and knew the only way they would get followers is if they had screen time.'
Different methods: Daily Mail Australia understands that online applications are only one part of the casting process, and that social media and 'street casting' are also widely used
Contestants are recruited via social media instead of applying
Daily Mail Australia understands online applications are only one part of the casting process, and that social media and 'street casting' are also widely used.
Contestants are 'discovered' at restaurants, nightclubs and bars, with Coogee Pavilion in Sydney being considered a hotspot for talent scouts.
The women are usually approached by casting producers, before setting up a Zoom interview. It's not until later that the formal auditions and background checks begin.
Flight manager Chanel Tang, travel manager Tahnee Leeson and technical analyst Sierah Swepstone are understood to have been scouted on social media.
Hiding spots: This year's contestants found a loophole in their contracts which meant they could simply hide and pretend to cry in the bathroom if they didn't want to be filmed

Other girls are said to have been more dramatic, hiding in the mansion's cupboards.
Another insider claimed the ladies found a spot by the pool where they could sit at the door and hear producers talking to Jimmy without being seen.
