Married At First sight’s Elizabeth Sobinoff has revealed what sparked the dramatic transformation that left her barely recognisable from her first appearance on the show.

The 28-year-old shocked fans when she returned to the reality show this year after losing 10kg from her already small frame.

She had also dyed her blonde hair a dark brunette, toned-down her makeup and changed her wardrobe.

In a video released on her Instagram account this week, Lizzie described herself as a “style chameleon”.

“I am a chameleon, guys. I'm a self-confessed chameleon — and what that means to me is I always change up my look,” she said.

“I like to have fun with my look, experiment with what I'm feeling at that exact moment.

“I loved the way that I looked the first time... very vivacious, powerful, and I loved the over-the-top makeup.”

Her words appear to have been carefully chosen, with the reality star seemingly announcing a brand of the same name yesterday.

She has also changed her Instagram profile to read: “TV PERSONALITY & CHAMELEON”.

After fans initially expressed concerned about her weight loss, she revealed she had used the 5:2 diet of intermittent fasting to drop the kilos.

In March last year she also told 9Honey that her weight fluctuated due to two chronic health conditions, porphyria, a blood disorder, and autoimmune disease, which is a mild form of Lupus.

She said she was at her “heaviest” while filming season six of Married At First Sight in late 2018.

It was second time lucky for the TV bride who was paired with fitness coach Seb Guilhaus. The pair are the only couple from the last season of MAFS to have remained together.
