The controversial cat wrangler is accused of being involved in a tiger fling.
As if allegedly bonking stuffed animals wasn’t bad enough, “Tiger King” co-star Jeff Lowe now claims he found footage of flamboyant former zoo partner Joe Exotic, 57, and his husband having sex with the real thing. The zookeeper dropped the bizarre bombshell on Wednesday during a wild “Ask Me Anything” question-and-answer session on Reddit.
During the lengthy AMA, one curious Redditor posed the question: “Hey Jeff! I was wondering what (if any) weird S*IT have you found out about Joe Exotic since he’s been incarcerated randomly around the park?”
Lowe didn’t hesitate to continue his increasingly tawdry media smear campaign against Exotic (a k a Joseph Maldonado-Passage), who is currently serving a 22-year prison sentence for allegedly orchestrating a sick murder-for-hire plot against rival keeper Carole Baskin, 58, for criticizing the treatment of his tigers, as chronicled in the smash hit Netflix docuseries “Tiger King.”
“I think the weirdest thing we found … was a flash drive of Joe and [his ex-husband] and they were having sexual relations with animals in the park,” responded the tiger tamer, who infamously took over Exotic’s Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park in Oklahoma. Lowe, 67, added, “thanks for the disturbing question.”
Lowe didn’t respond to The Post’s request for comment on whether the bestiality accusations hold water.
However, the two ex-colleagues have a tumultuous history that began when Exotic sued Lowe for $94 million over allegedly setting him up in the aforementioned murder plot. Since then, Lowe has accused the disgraced Exotic of everything from hiring male escorts to burying the bodies of two protesters at his former zoo, according to the Sun.
But Exotic wasn’t the only one targeted during the Reddit AMA. Lowe himself denied online conspiracy theories that he was the first husband of Exotic’s murder-for-hire target Baskin, after social-media nuts noticed he bore a resemblance to a pic of her former beau:
“If I was stuck on a deserted island with [Baskin], I would f - - k a coconut,” the contemptuous cat wrangler scoffed. “I’ve seen the side by side pictures. It looks more like John [Finlay] and Joe’s [Exotic’s] love child.”
Baskin herself has faced accusations from the online masses, including big names like Kim Kardashian, about the death of her previous husband Jack “Don” Lewis, who disappeared under mysterious circumstances. Exotic floated a wildly out-there theory that his nemesis fed Lewis to her tigers, and even shared a video of a Baskin lookalike tossing meat to a big cat.
The Big Cat Rescue founder called such talk the “most ludicrous of all the lies” in a blog post.
Still, one tinfoil-hatter surmised on Twitter that all of the above was part of an elaborate conspiracy by Baskin and Lowe to take over the zoo biz.
“Hear me out: Carol’s 1st husband is ‘Jeff Lowe’ -con artist. He & Allan [Joe Exotic] kill Don [Jack Lewis, Carol’s missing previous husband]. Carol pays them money she inherits. Yrs later Jeff frames Joe for Carol, both get off, cover up yrs of coercing, they take down all the Tiger Kings & build the world’s biggest attraction.”
This new wave of notoriety comes on the heels of news that Exotic is planning a high-frequency prison break of sorts. He is reportedly in talks to host a radio show — which he would broadcast despite being behind bars, according to his husband Dillon Passage. “This radio station here in the US wants him to have his own radio show from inside the prison,” Passage, 22, said.
Meanwhile, when Lowe isn’t trash-talking Exotic, he’s reportedly making a buck off of his wild wardrobe. One of his pink-sequined blouses is going for $650 on eBay, where the seller hypes: “It was purchased directly from Jeff Lowe and was left over from when Joe left the Zoo. This shirt is guaranteed authentic and is a very rare piece.”
