There are a lot of cranky Blockheads on-site the morning after judging.
That doesn't improve when the earliest body corporate meeting in Block history is called, to discuss allegations of cheating… and cracks start forming between the couples as the conversation gets heated.
What a magical start to the second week!

Leah and Ash aren't exactly thrilled about the feedback they got for their "sexy, moody" bathroom. Leah is particularly salty about having her styling dubbed "half–baked."
The pair were told the space resembled a nightclub… so they embrace the opportunity for a late-night session at 'Da Klub'.
It's not the only late-night action that's been going on. Leah and Ash are spewing as they reflect on the fact Steph's dad was around until the wee hours, helping the floundering House 4 as they limped towards the finish line. Tension is brewing.
And it's about to spill out at the first Domain Open for Inspections, a chance for the Blockheads to check out one another's rooms and offer up opinions and compliments (ha!).
Unsurprisingly, Brett and Kristy and Leah and Ash all reserve their harshest feedback for House 4's efforts… like they didn't have the week from hell and come dead last. "This is done horribly," Brett declares. He has even supportively brought along a spirit level. "If I bought this house for four million, I'd be spewing."
Even House 1's winning space doesn't get a glowing review from The Block's harshest critics. "Mate, this is D.I.Y," rages Leah.
Eliza and Liberty don't agree. "This definitely deserved to win," they say… and let's just leave that there.
The glowing winners have decided to turn their studio bedroom this week into a Pilates zone, or as Leslie puts it, "A sort of wellness, calmness area."
House 3's Kristy and Brett are building a traditional 'studio', with a desk, bed, kitchenette and loads of skylights.
The girls are looking to reign their budget in with their office-based studio space, not even having their builders on site as they pre-plan the week. (Big call.)
Leah and Ash in House 2 admit their initial big risk didn't pay off but that's not stopping them. They're going for a classic studio and including a bed that folds back into a cupboard, to maximise the space.
House 4 are looking to just build something without the drama of their first week.

Steph and Gian had a horror start that concluded with them having to ditch their build team. But they've got two new builders and are ready to turn things around!
…Well, maybe. They quickly learn their builders can only stick around for two weeks.
Annnnnnd, they're about to get blindsided in a body corporate meeting, too.
Houses 2 and 3 are still fuming about the whole 'Steph's dad helping' situation. They're bitter they also didn't have "family that would fly in and do it for free."
But they have an extra point to make – they believe the rules weren't followed.
"[Steph's Dad] was there the whole night, and he was helping out and he was un-inducted," explains Leah.
So, they call a body corp, reasoning it will be a quick and effective way to air their grievances and clarify the rules. We have no doubt it will be entirely constructive.
The teams gather and Ash immediately points out the challenges he had faced getting people inducted. The same rules hadn't seemed to apply to Steph's dad. "All of a sudden, you've got someone doing work that's not inducted," he says, quoting The Block rules.

Steph and Gian are stunned to realise the body corp is all about them. The "life–changing" moment Steph's proud dad had been part of suddenly takes on a whole different feel.
They try to rationalise they had just lost their builder, but Leah immediately shuts that down saying House 4 had chosen to let their builder go voluntarily.
"We've all got hard weeks and all [got] hard days," she states. "I just don't want that to be the excuse where we're now bending the rules."
Gian and Steph attempt to explain they weren't actually trying to do that, noting they knew they were going to finish last (they did.)
They add that they will pay Steph's father, and Kristy retorts that you can't pay someone who hasn't been inducted. House 4 are then absolutely gobsmacked when Leah advises Steph that she should have told her father he shouldn't have helped at all.
"Dad had no intention of working at all," Steph says, before Leah bites back: "Then why did he?"
"If he comes again on Friday and hangs out for the whole day, I'll lose it," warns Ash. "Do the right thing. Induct him."
"I think we all just needed to be reminded of the rules," Leah repeats.
House 1's Kyle and Leslie have had enough. Seeing Steph close to tears, Leslie rolls her eyes and asks Leah and Ash why they didn't just say something in the moment.
Frustrating with Leah speaking over the top of people, Kyle says firmly, "You're not letting anyone else explain!"
Leah is not pleased with Kyle's words. "Actually don't speak to me again," she muses privately afterwards, speculating that perhaps Kyle has a bigger issue with her.
Steph finally breaks down as she and Gian also ask why Leah had time to talk about it around the site, but not directly to them.
EXCLUSIVE AND UNSEEN: Inside the explosive first body corporate meeting called on The Block 2023 - the earliest in the show's history
It's clear things are spiralling, and everyone's had enough, as things are rapidly called to a halt.
Gian may have been clueless to why the meeting was called, but he's no longer clueless to what the meeting was actually about.
"People were very passionate about… safety," he reflects, with a hint of sarcasm.
"[Dad's] always wanted to be on The Block," says Steph wryly.
The usually unflappable Kyle has time to decompress after the heated exchange when he and Leslie head off to Camelot, Scott Cam's house from last season of The Block.

The pair debrief about the body corp with Scotty, who notes that perhaps the meeting was justified. "We can't tolerate in the first three days [rule breaking]," he says. "'Imagine if nothing was said?"
He's interrupted by a knock at the door. Block royalty Danny Wallis is joining them too. The biggest buyer of Block houses offers up some advice to the eager Blockheads.
Back on-site, things have all become too much for Steph. "Let me be annoyed, just let me be angry." she tearily tells Gian.
"I don't know if that's the best use of your time," says Gian, and you know things are rough when you don't even have time to lose your block on The Block.
