Samantha Armytage has been seen out in the public for the first time since undergoing a hip replacement operation.
The Farmer Wants a Wife host, 47, confirmed earlier this month she had the major surgery after suffering from a 'severe' case of osteoarthritis.
On Wednesday, Samantha flashed a smile while on a walk in a Sydney park with the assistance of a metal hospital crutch.
The TV presenter cut a casual figure in black tracksuit bottoms and a navy zip-up jacket, which she styled with a brown wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses.
She kept comfortable in a pair of white trainers following her surgery and leaned on the crutch for support as she strolled around the park.
Her recovery appears to be going well as she was back on her feet just weeks after undergoing a hip replacement at St Vincent's Private Hospital in Sydney.
Recovery from hip replacements can be slow, with dedicated physiotherapy required.
Samantha confirmed she had undergone the operation earlier this month, sharing photographs of herself in hospital to Instagram.
In a lengthy caption, she explained she had been suffering with osteoarthritis after tearing cartilage in her right hip.
Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease which sees tissues in the joint break down over time, and is more common in older people.
She penned: 'Hip, hip hooray. New hip, new me, no worries. A few weeks ago, I had a total hip replacement.
'After a very active, outdoorsy childhood (& a skiing accident 30 years ago) I'd torn all the cartilage out of my right hip.
'It was bone-on-bone & then became full of severe osteoarthritis. I'm so proud of how strong my body is & how well I've healed.
'I'm now truly bionic..& my nearest & dearest are pleased to not have to watch me limp around in pain anymore.
'Huge thx to the wonderful nurses @stvincentshospitalsydney for the care, a lil' bit of Endone (pic 5), heaps of rehab & all my beautiful friends for my flower-filled room!.. xx
'*Fun fact; there are 54,000 hip replacements done in Australia each year, but I have to say, my surgeon Dr Michael Solomon is THE best.'
Her celebrity friends and fans were quick to take to the comments section to send her their well wishes following her surgery.
Presenter Kylie Gillies wrote: 'I think this deserves a new pair of Jimmy Choos …just to kick up those old heels and new hip ! Glad to hear it’s gone well x'
While singer Ricki-Lee Coulter said: 'You’ll be dancing in no time. Sending you love xxx'
And one fan commented: 'Good luck with the recovery and welcome to the Hip New Hip Gals Club.'
'Oh a bit young for that Sam. Good luck on your recovery,' another added as her followers all showed their support.
