Mick is sick and The Stones aren’t rolling.
The legendary rockers postponed their North American tour Saturday after 75-year-old icon Mick Jagger was diagnosed with an undisclosed illness.
Just three weeks before the group was supposed to kick off the tour, doctors have advised the iconic frontman to rest while receiving unspecified medical treatment in the States.
“Mick has been advised by doctors that he cannot go on tour at this time, as he needs medical treatment,” the band said in a statement Saturday.
A music industry source said doctors discovered the problem when Jagger underwent a pre-tour check-up.
The source said doctors “found something” that required “immediate attention” and told the singer he needed treatment at a US hospital.
Jagger has been told he will make a “complete recovery so that he can get back on stage as soon as possible,” according to the band statement.
“This is not a serious thing,” a source close to the band insisted, noting that fans should hold onto their tickets because The Stones are “in the process of rebooking” the 17 scrapped dates of their “No Filter” tour.
The tour had been set to kick off on April 20 in Miami and come to MetLife Stadium for gigs June 13 and June 17.
Jagger said in the statement posted on social media on Saturday morning, “I really hate letting you down like this. I’m devastated for having to postpone the tour but I will be working very hard to be back on the road as soon as I can. Once again, huge apologies to everyone.”
Despite his health issue, the sidelined Stone has been making the rounds. Jagger and his band mates had a quiet dinner at hot Miami restaurant and private club Casa Tua on Friday night.
A witness said the band and their entourage took a table of 10 in the upstairs private area, had a “quiet dinner for around two hours” and then left. Jagger looked “a little tired, but otherwise he was his usual self,” said the witness.
Jagger was also spotted at a business dinner at Stephen Starr’s Japanese eatery Makoto in Miami on Monday.
Witnesses said he was approached by a super fan who had a tattoo of the band’s iconic lips and tongue logo covering his entire back. Mick signed it.
The fan told Jagger he would have a tattoo artist make the signature permanent.
In late February, Jagger and his ballerina girlfriend Melanie Hamrick celebrated their newest project — a ballet set to the music of The Stones — at The Fleur Room at the top of the new Moxy Chelsea hotel.
Hamrick, who dances with American Ballet Theatre, spent the night mingling with her fellow New York ballerinas, including Calvin Royal III, April Giangeruso, Herman Cornejo, and Brittany DeGrofft.

The Stones star was happy to have his better half take center stage for the evening. He said he “just let her do her thing,” when it came to selecting the music and choreographing the numbers for the show.
Guests sipped on The Fleur Room’s signature Pretty in Pink gin cocktail while taking in views of the city from its floor-to-ceiling windows.
